Well said, but you left out an important element. In the current system, prosecutors can bring charges without fear of retribution or consequences for failure; There needs to be CONSEQUENCES for applying lawfare, something akin to the concept of the duel. If you persecute someone by lawfare, you become liable for damages and/or conviction of the same crime. That is why free civilizations still have laws on the books defining consequences for robbery, rape, murder and other crimes - to deter that behavior. If there were real, defined consequences for applying lawfare, much of this crap would stop.

Hoping you can get close to the new White House. We need to fix these things after applying them. Actions meet consequences.
